Campground Rates & Fees 2010

Campground Open May 1st – October 20th

Payment due upon arrival ● No refunds once registered
All rates subject to change without notice.

• All campsite rates subject to 6% Vermont tax.
• All cabins and cottage rental rates subject to 9% Vermont tax.
• Tax not applicable on seasonal rates.
 
• Holidays for Campsites and Cabins require 3 night minimum and are paid in full at the time the reservation is made.  Memorial Day, July 4th, & Labor Day.  If reservation is cancelled, 3 night minimum payment is forfeited.
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly rates include electric.  Seasonal campers pay metered electric.
  • All site rates are for 4 (four) person occupancy (except seasonal).
  • Additional overnight guests:  See Day Visitor Fee.
  • Seasonal rates for 6 (six) person maximum.  Seasonal campers may have visitors at no charge; visitors must get a Visitor's Pass before they enter the resort.
  • One camping unit per site.  No tents if camper on site.  If tent needed, 2nd site must be reserved.
  • Tent Camping:  One large tent or two small tents permitted on each site.
  • Two (2) vehicles per site.  Parking Fee for additional vehicles:  $2 per vehicle.  Parking in overflow areas only.
  • Boats or utility trailers must be placed in storage.  See Storage Fees.
  • Group Discount offered with a 6 or more rig reservation, upon request.  Not valid on holidays.
