Long-Term Easements
Opportunities for campsite ownership are available through the purchase of a Long-Term Easement (LTE), a 49-year exclusive right to use the campsite. You can even finance your purchase of an LTE through Apple Island Resort.
Whether you choose to vacation in your RV or in your own cottage, you’ll appreciate this cost effective alternative to renting summer after summer, and it will ensure you the convenience of always having a campsite in a prime location. Owning a campsite can be an attractive investment option, and it provides the advantage of coming and going as you please.
LTE owners are members of the Easement Owners' Association. Owners hold a Deed of Campsite Easement. Regular maintenance fees cover the common expenses, such as water, sewer, garbage, lawn care, staff, maintenance, recreational facilities, activities, and reserve funds. Current maintenance fees are $944 per year.
