Refunds – Standard (Non-Promotional) Reservations
- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur a $75 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeiture of one night’s stay.
- No refunds will be issued on the day of arrival, after check-in, or for early departures.
- No credits or refunds will be issued due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
Refunds – Promotional or Special Rates
- Reservations booked under a promotional or special rate may have different terms, and refunds may not be available. Please review the specific terms of your promotional offer carefully at the time of booking.
Rebooking Option
Instead of canceling, guests may choose to reschedule their stay one time. Only one rebooking is permitted per reservation. If new dates are not selected at the time of cancellation, a credit may be left on file and must be used within 365 days of the cancellation date. Credits not used within 365 days will be forfeited.
