Step One
Download and print this application.
Note, multiple memberships must be held by golfers who reside together and membership rates are subject to 6% Vermont sales tax.
Step Two
Complete the application and put it in an envelope with a check made out to Apple Island Golf Club.
Step Three
Mail your application and check to Apple Island Golf, PO Box 183, South Hero, VT 05486 or email your completed application to [email protected] and call us at 802-372-9600 to pay with your credit card.
