Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced while seated or using a chair for support.  Yoga posture sequences are designed to improve balance, strength and flexibility.  Chair yoga is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels, including those with limited mobility or physical challenges.

Bring your favorite yoga mat or use one of ours.
