Join us for Chair Yoga!  This class is perfect for anyone looking to improve flexibility, strength and balance.  Movements and postures are designed to enhance mobility, reduce stress and promote health.  It is a low-impact practice with many supported and seated postures.  No prior yoga experience or special clothing necessary.  Come as you are and enjoy a session of mindful movement and breath work.
