Water Aerobics offers a refreshing twist to your fitness routine, combining the benefits of aerobic exercise with the soothing properties of our salt water 80 degree pool.  You will use the gentle resistance of the water to tone muscles and the buoyancy to ease pressure on joints.  Come out and enjoy an invigorating workout!  All levels welcome.
