Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Reservations are available only for May, June, and September from the 1st to the 30th of each month at a rate of $1,800 / month. For October, from the 1st to the 20th, we are offering a reduced rate of $900. Electricity, water, and sewer are included in the price of the reservation. Additional days can be added and will be charged at the regular daily rate. Holiday rates may apply. During the designated days, Park & Stay guests have access to all resort amenities, including the swimming pool, hot tub, golf course, marina, and fitness center.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date will be issued a credit for the full booking amount, which can be used for future bookings. No credits or refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or early departures.
